Debbie is the business sponsor of this project and a school board member for North Palos School District 117. She played a key role in collaborating with legislators on the 2017 school funding formula, resulting in a 300% increase in state funding for North Palos —from $6 million to $24 million annually—and providing $7 million in property tax relief to their community. The district’s overall budget is $60 million.

Grace is currently a student at Elmhurst University pursuing a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Data Science and Analytics (graduation date of December 2024). Grace loves exploring the human elements of data and analytics and aims to do good and make an impact with her work.
